Frozen River Film Festival will have many must see films that will enlighten you, and provide cutting edge information that you will not want to miss. The Hunting Ground follows the stories of a half-dozen female college students who are victims of rape, and the failures of higher education institutions and law enforcement to investigate and prosecute perpetrators. These women were students of some of the most highly respected universities in America. The cost is $12 or free with a Frozen River Film Festival pass.
